3. Bidding and bid opening location and time:
The bidder shall send the bid price to our company's material bidding email address before 15:00 pm on July 1, email number: jydlfah @ jiangyangcable.com. The quotation must be submitted in electronic version, and the electronic version shall have the official seal of the bidding unit, otherwise invalid.

4. The bid price is valid from July 2 to the bidding date of the following month.
5. The bid opening time is agreed to be at 15:15 on the afternoon of July 1.
6. Instructions on matters related to bidding
1) The bidder's products must meet the material and technical requirements of Jiangyang Company. The lowest price is the first winning bidder, and the second lowest price is the second winning bidder;
2) In the event that the first winning bidder is unable to execute, the second winning bidder will have priority in supplying the goods. At the same time, the first winning bidder will bear the supply price difference of the second winning bidder, and the first winning bidder will be disqualified from bidding for three consecutive months starting from the next month. If the number reaches two times in total, its bidding qualification will be cancelled, and Chujiang will be eliminated. List of qualified suppliers;
3) The winning bidder shall use the order from the supply department of Jiangyang Company as the basis for supply. Deviations in usage within the current month can be shipped across months;
4) Other matters shall be implemented in accordance with the annual qualified supplier supply agreement and quality agreement.
The above description of the bidding matters is equivalent to a contract with legal effect. Bidders are requested to read it carefully. Anyone who participates in bidding by sending the price to our company's email address will be deemed to have agreed.
